  • 01. Is your Security Company licenced?

    Yes, we are appropriately licenced and certificated by relevant state's agencies and are up to date. Such licences and certificates include:
    1. Operating Licence NSCDC/PG/012/000336 - Grade A :
    ::: The Federal Ministry of Interior/Nigeria Security and Civil
    ::::Defence Corps (NSCDC)
    2. Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) - FIRS
    3. VAT Registration Certificate - FIRS
    4. Pension Clearance Certificate - PENCOM
    5. Certificate of Compliance - ITF
    6. ECS Clearance Certificate - NSITF

    • 02. What are your areas of coverage?

        • 04. Do your operatives bear arms?

          Our regulatory body, NSCDC does not allow private security companies to carry any form of weapon except batons.

          • 05. What is your guards' shift arrangement?

            12 and 24 hour-shifts to ensure security alertness. Other shift arrangements can be put in place upon request.

            • 06. Are your security guards in uniform?

              Infinity Security guards are smartly kitted in uniforms and other accoutrements.

              • 07. What are the major criteria considered before deploying guards?

                Education, Age, Honesty, Physical Fitness, Health Condition and Communication Skills etc.

                • 08. What quality control measures do you have in place?


                  Guards are provided with distinct post-orders, tailored to suit individual clients.
                  Layers of our supervision are carried out to monitor guards' performance.
                  Regular feedback mechanisms centered on service delivery from our clients.
                  Provision of on-the-job weekly training alongside bi-monthly seminar.

                  • 09. How often do you train your guards?

                    Asides from the pre-employment training, we carry out intensive re-training exercise twice a month. We also conduct on-the-site and special trainings as required.

                    • 10. What happens if an incident occurs at a client location?

                      Though our approach is preventive, however, in an event of an incident, once a report is made to us, our operation's team immediately visits the scene of the incident to evaluate and investigate the incident in order to generate a report to the client. It is instructive to note that if we are culpable, the client will be compensated through our insurance cover.

                      • 11. Do you have any insurance cover for the wellbeing of the guards?

                        Yes, we have workmen compensation, professional indemnity, group accident and group life insurance policies

                        • 12. Do you allow your guards to engage in domestic work?

                          It is unprofessional for a guard to be engaged in household chores.

                          • 13. Do you have relationships with state security agencies?

                            Yes. The Nigerian Police, The Military, DSS, NSCDC etc.

                            • 14. What types of training do your security guards undergo?

                              Apart from the pre-employment training, we carry out intensive re-training exercise twice a month. We also conduct on-the-site and special trainings as required. Our training curricula include access controls, clients' assets protection (include record keeping), fire drills, physical drills, customer relations, patrol techniques, report writing, car park and traffic management, basic proprietary security law etc. Besides our in-house training faculty, we regularly invite training consultants including officials from NSCDC.

                            • 15. Are your security guards on duty supervised?

                              Layers of regular and special patrols, day and night, are carried out to monitor guards' performance. Attendance and movement registers (in some instances, electronic devices) are also put in place. Communication systems such as walkie-talkies and CUG phones are used. Regular communication is maintained between the guards and the base station especially during night hours to keep guards alive.

                            • 16. Does your security company have a control room?

                              We maintain a centralized control room arrangement with state-of-the-art equipment from where we remotely monitor qualifying activities. Closely related is our Panic Alarm and Response System (PAARS) which also is an integral part of the control room.
